Mushka is a born and raised New Yorker and Chef who spent the past decade living and learning about farmers market culture, seasonality, and the community it builds and nourishes as she brings the freshest ingredients to the table.
This morning, watching the sun hit the apple assortments at the market all glistening and shiny. And now an apple galette is underway!

My happy place. As well as my number one necessity in the kitchen, the vessel for my favorite thing in the world- cleanliness. I’ll take any opportunity to be in a body of water whether it be the bath, the spa, the ocean, the pool or even just feeling warm water on my hands as I wash dishes. I’m a water girl through and through.
