WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU FELT INSPIRED?
Recently, I've been diving deep into research on menstrual blood and its regenerative potential and use as a diagnostic tool.The thought of unlocking its health data and stem cell benefits – for everything from disease monitoring to skincare – is truly inspiring and I’m excited to share my findings with the world.
WHAT DO YOU VALUE THE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY?
"What I value most about myself? Probably my my dedication to promoting body literacy and helping other feel good in their own skin.
As an 'ex-stylist' lol, I helped people connect to their bodies through fashion. Now, my focus is on advocating for menstrual health. Through Hummingway, we're creating a space where people can learn, share, and grow, understanding their periods as a vital sign. It's not just my journey, but everyone's. This passion to invite change in women's health is something I truly cherish."

Oceans: I love the ocean but also a, low-key scared of it.
Showers: I need to practice taking shorter ones

Pools: obsessed but wish there wasn’t Chlorine in them.
IF YOU COULD CHANGE ONE THING ABOUT YOUR DAILY ROUTINE, WHAT WOULD THAT BE?
I wish the menstrual cycle was more considered in planning and creating daily schedules and routines. My daily routine from my follicular phase to my luteal phase are completely different, and I look forward to a time when society creates space for these changes phases, stages, and cycles.
